Any product purchased from Sobia Nazir online store can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product(s) delivered is faulty, damaged or defective.
• The received product(s) differed from the original order.

For the avoidance of doubt, minor variations in the color of the product (in comparison to digital shoot images) will not be considered a manufacturing defect, as such variations are a normal outcome during the manufacturing process.

To process an exchange, you may contact our Customer Service team by emailing us at info@sobianazir.net with your order reference number and pictures of the defected product.

Refunds will only be issued if the delivered product is damaged and the customer does not want a replacement. In all other cases, a store credit will be issued to the customer.

*Discounted items cannot be returned/exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Machine wash at max. 30°C/86°F with short spin cycle
• Do not use bleach
• Iron at a maximum of 110°C/230°F
• Dry Clean with tetrachloroethylene
• Do not tumble dry
